Preparation materials:
Flounder
Olive Oil
Butter
Diced Celery
Diced red bell pepper
large onion, diced
crabmeat
Spices: chili powder, onion, garlic
mayo soup
big egg
Panko bread crumbs
Making:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350*F.
Step 2: Put 1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 large celery, onion, 1 teaspoon Butter in a pan, sauté over medium heat until the onion turns translucent. Put the sautéed food aside.
Step 3: Add Brick Crab, seasoning mixture to stir-fried vegetables, add mayo, egg and Panko bread mix well
Step 4: Remove the center bone of the halibut and season the fish with salt and pepper. Put half of the crab mixture on one end of the halibut and roll the fish, keeping the seam side down. Sprinkle with the seasoning mixture and sauté for 2 minutes in the hot oil. Transfer pan to oven for an additional 3-4 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
Step 5: Place the remaining half of the crab mixture on top of your second halibut tenderloin. Place in oven-safe pan and cook in oven along with other tenderloin.
