Cheese sauce ingredients include:
30g unsalted butter
30g flour
230g fresh milk without sugar
225g Cheddar cheese
2g salt
1g chili powder (depending on taste)
2 large potatoes or breadfruit (optional)
Step 1: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2: Add flour and sauté thoroughly with butter for 2' - 3'.
Step 3: When the flour and butter are evenly mixed and there are no lumps, add milk, salt and a little paprika (if desired) and mix well.
Step 4: Grate Cheddar cheese into the pan, leave for 2 to 4 minutes and then turn off the heat.
Step 5: Stir continuously, you have done until the cheese melts and forms a smooth, creamy mixture.
Dripping sauce over chips or dipping fries is perfect!
