As long as you're still getting your heart rate from movement, you're active!

Your weight is your weight, not someone else's. Therefore, keeping a healthy mindset is also as important as keeping a healthy weight. Everyone has a different size, shape, and genetic set, so there's no reason to compare you to anyone else or discriminate against someone who's bigger or smaller than you.
