World Day of Prayer

It is an ecumenical movement of Christian women around the world of many traditions, who together celebrate the day of pray together each year, and these people, in many countries, have an ongoing relationship of prayer and service.

Prayer is a form of religious practice that seeks to activate a will relationship to a deity through deliberate ritual. Prayer can be personal or communal and public or private. It may involve the use of words or songs. According to Christianity, Prayer is raising the soul to God, the very good Father, the source of all the blessings we need to live the human condition to the fullest in the world and especially to be saved through Christ's redemptive merits to live happily in the future Kingdom of Heaven in eternity with the good God.

Therefore, prayer is an indispensable need in the faith life of each of us believers in particular, and of the Church in general. It can be said that prayer is the breath of everyone's soul. We believe that God is a loving Father who is listening and is delighted to hear us pray to Him.

When we pray, we lift our hearts to God to confide or talk to God in a father-son relationship when we are happy and sad, when we are in trouble, as well as when we are happy and satisfied.
