Why National Soup It Forward Day?
It is amazing how rare kindness is these days. In this fast-paced and ever-changing competitive life, we rarely have time to show how much we care about those around us. Even in these dire situations, a few individuals filled with humanity and fervor with kindness stand firm in their quest to spread love and care to all.
Soup was chosen as the main agent to share the common picture of love because; Soup is a very complete form of food. It can be tailored to nutritional requirements and budgets, however, provided naturally. Moreover, it is easier to make and takes much less time than other forms of food. Soups also freeze well, and eating regularly helps people stay hydrated and full. They are usually free of any germs or bacteria that can cause problems because; Continuous boiling kills most of the germs in it.
Soups have been used since 20,000 BC. According to recorded history, it is believed to have originated from the Xianrendong cave, China. As boiling on bark or reed is a common technique to clean ingredients from impurities. It was only after the invention of waterproof containers in the form of clay vessels that they understood the concept of an electrical mixture that has the nutrients of meat, vegetables and other ingredients together. For this reason, soups and decoctions of ancient medicines go hand in hand. Soup like rice. It is a source of fluid that helps maintain water balance in the body, leading to better metabolism and digestion of other foods. Therefore, soup is an extremely beneficial food for humans.
Soups are classified into two main categories - thick or clear. It is subjective of the price and availability of ingredients and can be prepared accordingly. Soup chains are quite popular all over the world as they often resemble national dishes in liquid form. All of them are complete and inherently beneficial for all types of health. They appeal to all audiences, whether vegetarians, vegans, vegetarians or non-vegetarians.

History of National Soup It Forward Day
Soup Sisters is an award-winning National nonprofit. Founded on March 3, 2009. Since that time, more than 1 million monthly servings of nourishing and community-made soups have been served by the community moved to 40 North American emergency shelters for women and children fleeing domestic violence and abuse. Organization’s founder named Sharon Hapton launched Soup Sisters with a soup birthday party, which delivered the first soup to the Calgary Women's Emergency Shelter.
That's the simplicity of Sharon's vision: to give people a way to give back to their communities by doing something tangible - go to the kitchen, spend a night with friends, roll up their sleeves and create something heartwarming, heartfelt and with it a message of support for women and children in crisis. Now operating in over 25 cities Soup Sisters and Broth Brothers deliver the gift of soup by providing the much-needed 'Hug in a Bowl'. Make that soup from common, safe foods, and for more inspiration, you can find over 300 soup recipes in the Soup Sisters cookbook trilogy.
