2 chicken eggs
30g condensed milk

220ml whipping cream

Step 1: You separate the eggs and only take the yolks into a small bowl. Add 60g of sugar and beat with a whisk. Next, you add 20ml of alcohol and beat for another 30 seconds to eliminate the fishy smell of the eggs.

Step 4: Put whipping cream in a bowl, use a whisk and mix with eggs and fresh milk in step 2. Next, add in the pureed strawberries, stir the mixture well for the ingredients to blend.
Step 5: Put the processed mixture into the ice cream mold and put it in the freezer for about 8 hours to have a delicious strawberry ice cream. For a more delicious ice cream, add a few slices of fresh strawberries to the bottom of the glass or drizzle with strawberry sauce.
2. Make Strawberry Yogurt Ice Cream
Ingredients for making strawberry yogurt ice cream for 3 people:
100 ml Sugar-free yogurt
10ml Lemon juice

Steps to make strawberry yogurt ice cream
Step 1: First, you take the strawberries, cut off the stalks and wash them. Then cut the strawberries in half and mix with sugar and honey. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Step 2: Take the mixture in step 1 and mix it with yogurt, lemon juice and honey (depending on your sweet taste that you adjust accordingly). Next, use a blender to puree the above mixture.
