There is no detail evidence relating the origin and the creator of Take a Cruise Day. However, every people know that it's a wonderful time for people relax and take a cruise day. Because we all work all day, finish school or spend time with family, friends and take a trip together.

How to celebrate Take a Cruise Day

1. Relax by the Pool

If you're cruising the Caribbean or other hot-weather destinations, you'll likely spend some time by the pool. The great thing about this is that most cruise ships have at least 2-4 pools and some hot tubs.

Every pool is different from others. If you like music, you can find a place where a reggae band or DJ plays. If you want a quiet space to read and relax then the adult pool areas are perfect.

Choose the swimming pool that you like best, and enjoy!

2. Pool Games

If you're up for some games and fun, join or watch pool volleyball games and other antics.

Big bellies, sexy leg contests and more, are what you can find by the main pool on some cruise ships. Other games can be organized by the staff of the pool cruise activities, and if you love some fun in the sun, you'll want to check that out.

3. Fitness Classes

Join a fitness class or workout in the gym. I actually use my cruise planner for this.

Fitness centers will often have some great fitness classes, which require you to register in advance. So I go to the gym and name classes that I really want to take.

I really wanted to pick up an activity I might not have tried before, as it's a great opportunity to try something new without committing. Some examples are Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing, Stretching, yoga, rotation and more.

4. Learn Something New

They say we learn something new every day, and this can actually be true on a cruise. If you're looking to learn origami, napkin folding, or watercolor painting, classes like these and more are on offer.

This is great if you don't want to spend all day in the sun or even when it's raining on the yacht. There's actually a lot of activity going on inside the cruise ship!

One of the things we wanted to do was test some speakers. There may be special guests on board, like authors or celebrities, who will give interesting presentations.

5. Kid’s Camp

Cruises are great family vacations, and most cruise lines have kids' clubs where your kids can get active and hang out with new friends.         

If you're traveling with kids, make sure to choose a cruise line that has activities your kids will enjoy. This way you have a perfect stay for both adults and children.
