• 2 oz Kahlua
• Irish Ice Cream 2 oz Baileys
• 2 oz milk or cream
• 2 cups of ice
• Chocolate syrup and whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.  Then, let pour into two Martini or Hurricane glasses.  If desired, top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Ingredients: (serves 2)

• 4 oz Vodka
• 2 oz Kahlua

Ice cubes

Pour both ingredients into two glasses with ice.  Stir the ingredients for a moment, then strain the drink into two old-fashioned glasses with one or two large ice cubes in them.  If desired, you can use more Kahlúa and less vodka to create a sweeter and lighter version.
