How many days until National Plan for Vacation Day?

National

National Plan for Vacation Day must be a great day for everyone, who is encouraged to plan their holidays throughout the year. And the national plan for vacation day is held on January 28 every year.

Faced with the fact that most workers do not use all their leave (on average, each employee has 12 days of paid leave a year), many surveys have been conducted. The conclusion is: employees who know how to use their leave usefully (such as gathering to watch movies with friends, eating with relatives, traveling to regenerate energy...) after returning will are more productive than those who work year-round without a day off. That means that it is undeniable that the effects that travel brings to people. It helps you to be more energetic, full of energy and excited to conquer new ladders in work.

The advice given is that each year, you should arrange to do 2-3 trips alternating with working time. And the plan for vacation day actually encourages your vacation planning to be even better. Take advantage of your vacations to spend time with your family as well as rest after a long day of work.

However, people who are busy at work still have many "worried" things about their intention to temporarily leave work. You worry that your work will be stuck and there will be problems without you, your colleagues may not be satisfied with your absence, you may even be at risk of being laid off if the vacation is too long. Therefore, you allow yourself to bring a laptop to receive and send e-mail, carry a cell phone so that anyone in need can contact you.

According to an American survey in early 2006, nearly a quarter of employees in the US bring a vehicle to work on vacation, 1/6 feel "wrong" for doing nothing related to work during the holiday and 7% fear that the time off will lead to unemployment.

However, combining work with rest is not as beneficial as you think, and even has the opposite result. You risk continuing to be "burned out" because of work, family members are also more or less "resentful" with you. Don't transfer "stress" from one place to another.

According to the American Institute of Family and Work, a comfortable vacation of at least 3 days will create a good psychological impact and help you work more efficiently.

A survey has shown that planning a vacation is enough to bring joy and happiness to everyone. It helps relieve stress as well as bring excitement to those who participate.

History of the National Plan for Vacation Day
